Our dedicated service teams have well established processes and procedures that ensure the support you expect is provided.

ID Rent supports this with a measurable and accountable management system for all of the equipment we hire. Every machines service details are recorded when the machine is serviced, where it was serviced (site),and who serviced it. This information is available to our customers at any time upon request.
